What if I am not sure if the montague clinic team can help?
Your area of "problem" will be discussed during your initial consultation. The initial (1 hour) consultation is aimed to assess your health status and to understand the area of physical complaint. A subsequent thorough physical examination will follow and your report of findings will be given once a diagnosis has been made. Even if the Montague Clinic team is not able to help with a particular diagnosis, we will offer advice on further steps and will happily refer as appropriate or write a letter for your GP.
Why is the clinic called MONTAGUE?
Montague Chiropractic Clinic has been named in honour of a local dignitory. There are historic reminders throughout Warwick and Leamington.
Sir Edward Montague Nelson (1841 – 1919) was the son of George Nelson, a Gelatine maker in Warwick. He lived near Montague Chiropractic Clinic from 1891 – 1905 and in London. In the Diamond Jubilee year Her Majesty conferred upon Mr Montague Nelson “the most distinguished Order of Knight Commander of St. Michael and St. George… for services rendered in connection with the Australasian Colonies and as a recognition of his public services in the promotion of measures for the benefit of the community”. Sir Edward Montague Nelson served as Mayor of Warwick during his retirement until his death.

We have since been told about other significant Montagues in Warwick and area, and no, we do not have an argument with the Capulets :-)
